I hired the CleanDots team to clean two urine stains from my sofa, which was the victim of my dog's training.From the beginning of the communication process, they were very professional and attentive. On the cleaning day, they were communicative upon arrival and the process they were going to carry out. They protected the entire area around the sofa and did an incredible job. I had my doubts as to whether the stain would come out, but CleanDots got the job done. This business is going on my “use forever” list. They were sooo thorough! It was a MUCH bigger job than I expected. I had sent them measurements of my rugs, and pictures of my huge couch, and they gave me an estimate. They kept to that estimate, even though it might have been a bigger job in reality.
